10月のいろいろ

最近は、ようやく晴れ間だと思ったら、少し寒い日田です。
小代焼ふもと窯から器が届きました。
和くらでは10数年前から、ふもと窯の小鉢を
スープカップとして使用してます。
＜ふもと窯で「和くらのスープカップください」と
言われるお客様がいらっしゃるそうで、もはや定番＞
ゆずごしょうの仕込み、毎日毎日いい香りです。
東京のお客様より、豊後牛を1kg、
ご注文いただきました。
「おめでとうございます。」のメッセージも添えて。
サーロインを250gごとに切って真空し、
豊後牛脂も添えています。
とっても喜ばれる商品です！

it is a Sunny interval slightly cold recent Hita.

a fragrance is good every day.
We had the order Bungo Meet 1 kg from visitor of Tokyo.
“Congratulations”. with the message.
We cut sirloin every 250 g and attach the Bungo beef fat.
It is a product pleased with very much!
