ヤコブセンのセブンチェア

先日は、茶寮貸し切ってのディナーのご予約でした。
〆は「WAKURA特製ガーリックライス」。
20名様分を生のお米からお作りします。
特製サーロインの上質な脂と、
玉ねぎの蒸気で生米を蒸し上げます。
厚さ３センチの鉄板だからできる、
おこわのようなガーリックライスです。
アルネ・ヤコブセンの「セブンチェア」が、
和くらに加わりました。
柔らかなフォルム、年代を重ねたチークの色合い、
見るほどに美しく、座るほどに幸せを感じる。
同じくヤコブセンの「アントチェア」
の横に配置いたしました。

There are costomers chartered our restaurant
for the dinner the other day.
The Last order was ” WAKURA Especially made Garlic Rice”.
Garlic rice to make from raw rice.
It is garlic Rice such as the steamed rice that it is sultry with oil of the sirloin and the steam of the onion and puts up.
A “seven chair ” made by Arne Emil Jacobsen increased.
It is soft form, a hue of the teak which repeated the generation.
This is the CHAIR happy and also beautifully.
